Feminine Concept
In these photos, Chloe beautifully embraces certain aspects that are associated with femininity, delving into the “pretty in pink” feel and playful facets of womanhood.
MORE ABOUT THIS PROJECT
You do not have to like the truth and it can even hurt to hear, but that does not change the truth. Chloe Cole is a detransitioner, meaning at the age of 13 she was put on testosterone and puberty blockers, by 15 she had a double mastectomy, and by 16 she detransitioned. Her parents were fed the lie by the medical industry that they could either have “a dead daughter or living son”. In her own words, “I didn't need to be lied to. I needed compassion. I needed to be loved. I need to be getting therapy to help me work through my issues. Not affirmed to my delusion that by transforming into a boy, it would solve all my problems." Chloe is far from the only person to have been sold this lie. She was a kid who would later go on to regret these life-altering, permanent decisions. Our intent with this project is not to spread hate or judgment but to engage in open and respectful dialogue about issues that are often ignored or shut down because they do not fit in line with the talking points of mainstream media.
While many people will view this as hate, we say these things with love. The truth cannot always be sugar-coated. So, here are some facts worth noting:
Medroxyprogesterone acetate, a common drug in “gender-affirming therapy,” has long been used to chemically castrate sex offenders (New York Post)
It is important to note the dichotomy in the ideology that preaches sexual freedom while simultaneously fighting for children to be able to go on puberty blockers which are used to chemically castrate sex offenders and often leave them with a multitude of sexual dysfunctions later in life
Research shows that up to 94 percent of children will grow out of their transgender identity (KFF Health news)
